At QR Consultants LLC, we provide digital products, consulting services, and educational resources designed to help our clients improve their credit, business, and personal development.
This Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy outlines how purchases, cancellations, and modifications are handled.

1. PURCHASE OPTIONS

A. Digital Products

Digital items include templates, guides, letters, eBooks, downloadable content, and online course materials.
All purchases of digital products are:

  • Delivered instantly

  • Non-refundable

  • Non-returnable

  • Not eligible for cancellation after purchase

You are responsible for ensuring you complete checkout with a valid email address.

B. Consulting Services

Purchases for consulting services may include:

  • One-on-one sessions

  • Strategy calls

  • Credit or business assessments

  • Virtual meetings or coaching

Once purchased:

  • Sessions cannot be refunded

  • Scheduled sessions may be rescheduled with 24+ hour's notice

  • No-shows or missed appointments are non-refundable

C. Online Courses & Memberships

Once access has been granted to an online course or program:

  • The purchase is non-refundable

  • Access cannot be transferred or cancelled

  • Installment plans must be completed according to the payment agreement

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

A. Digital Products

Because delivery is immediate, digital purchases cannot be canceled once the payment is processed.

B. Consulting Appointments

You may cancel or reschedule a consulting session up to 24 hours before your scheduled time.

Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment are:

  • Not eligible for refunds

  • Not eligible for credit

  • Considered forfeited

C. Subscription or Membership Access (if applicable)

If QR Consultants LLC offers subscription-based services:

  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time

  • Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund previous payments

  • Access continues until the end of the billing cycle

  • Re-enrollment may require a new rate if prices change

3. FAILED OR DECLINED PAYMENTS

If a payment fails:

  • Access to digital content or services may be paused

  • You must update your payment method to continue access

  • Repeated failed payments may result in cancellation of access

4. FRAUD, CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

Any chargeback initiated after receiving a digital product or service will be considered fraudulent.

QR Consultants LLC reserves the right to:

  • Dispute all chargebacks

  • Provide proof of digital delivery

  • Block future purchases from customers who submit false claims
