RETURN & REFUND POLICY — QR CONSULTANTS

At QR Consultants, we are committed to providing high-quality consulting services, digital products, templates, and educational resources designed to help our clients achieve real results. Because of the nature of our services and instant-access digital downloads, our refund policy is structured to protect both our clients and our intellectual property.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (NON-REFUNDABLE)
All digital products — including templates, guides, ebooks, letters, forms, workbooks, and downloadable content — are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased.
Due to the immediate delivery of digital files, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on digital products.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that all digital sales are final.

2. CONSULTING SERVICES
Consulting fees, coaching sessions, one-on-one calls, assessments, and strategy sessions are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or once an appointment has been scheduled.
If you need to reschedule, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Missed appointments or no-shows are non-refundable.

3. ONLINE COURSES / PROGRAMS
All course enrollments, challenges, memberships, or online program purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted.
If a technical issue prevents access, we will gladly assist in resolving it.

4. WRONG DIGITAL ITEM RECEIVED
If you receive the wrong digital file, contact us within 48 hours at:
services@qrconsultantsllc.com
We will correct the error and send the correct item at no additional cost.

5. DUPLICATE CHARGES
If you believe you were charged twice for the same product, please contact us with proof of purchase.
Verified duplicate transactions will be refunded immediately.

6. CHARGEBACKS / FRAUDULENT CLAIMS
Any chargeback filed after receiving a digital product, course access, or consulting service will be considered fraudulent.
QR Consultants reserves the right to dispute chargebacks to protect our digital property and business operations.
